The project “stimm & stumm” (2023) explored the human voice in a playful way. The ensemble kehlkopfkollektiv consists of eight singers, three actors, and a percussionist.

For the project “stimm & stumm,” the thirteen performers formed a musical and scenic choir. The choir narrated, hummed, spoke, sang, shouted, and fell silent. Contemporary compositions by Caroline Shaw, Mischa Käser, Wolfgang Rihm, Georges Aperghis, György Ligeti, and Anna Berg were part of the theater scenes.
